HR Data:

• Voluntarily entered employee data into the system
• Attendance, leave, and payroll records
• Documents and files uploaded

• Used for the proper delivery of the HRMS system
• To provide functional and technical assistance to Clients
• To analyze usage and enhancement of the system performance
• For the different types of Communication, like new updates, notifications
• To make sure to comply with legal and regulatory requirements
• To protect the system against fraud, cyber attacks, and suspicious activity

Technical Measures:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions
• Database encryption for sensitive data
• Firewalls and intrusion detection systems

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except for the following scenarios

• In case of legal requirements and court orders
• To protect XOMB Technologies Private Limited's rights, property, and safe operation
• With the consent of the client and as per the agreement with the party
• With the service provider parties for the smooth operation of the HRMS software

Clients have the right to download their own data from the XOMB-HR System until it has a valid subscription. After the subscription ends, data will be stored only for 6 months on the server and will be deleted if the subscription is not renewed. You can only download the data from the XOMB-HR System in Excel/CSV format, and no digital backup of the database will be provided during subscription or after the end of subscription. Clients can request to delete their data immediately after the subscription ends by mail to info@Xombtechnologies.com.

• Clients' Data is retained on the server for 6 months after the subscription ends.
• System Logs are stored for 2 years for security and audit purposes.
• Client information for market-related purposes is stored until it withdraws consent.

After the retention period ends, data is deleted in a secure way so that it may not be recovered again.

We use cookies:

• To maintain the user's login session
• To remember the user's preferences and settings
• To analyze system usage
• To improve the user's experience with the system

The user can control cookies through browser settings. However, disabling cookies may affect system functionality.

XoMB-HR software is provided software as a service (SaaS) and all associated software, database, infrastructure, designs, and intellectual property are owned by XoMB Technologies Private Limited. Any development done and new feature added for a client does not give authority to own the source code and system, it will be he property of XoMB Technologies Private Limited. Taking a subscription to the XoMB-HR software allows the clients limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable rights to access the XOMB-HR system as per the terms of our service agreement. The subscription does not give rights to own the source code, infrastructure, and software associated with it. duplication, unauthorized access and reverse engineering and resale of the system are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Privacy Policy is subject to change from time to time, and any change to Privacy Policy can be seen on our website and using the system with subscription and renewal of subscription will be treated as the client agrees to our Privacy Policy.
